Our services include:

Billing

Charge posting occurs within 24 hours of claims submission.  We offer electronic submission of claims and use the largest clearinghouse in the country to make sure 95% of claims are sent to the carriers electronically, which saves you time and money. Our employees are well-trained to use the appropriate modifiers and CPT codes to make sure that your claims are processed as quickly as possible.

Accounts Receivable Management
After payments  have been received and processed, we will keep a close eye on your accounts to make sure that you are being paid appropriately by your carriers. We will submit invoices to patients on a monthly basis. Our account managers track your collection ratios and keep a close eye on your days in A/R to make sure that they are staying in a healthy range.

Provider Relations
We will assist clients with credentialing  and re-credentialing with their contracted carriers. We will also lend a hand if you need to credential with a new insurance carrier. We can assist you with approaching a new carrier to show your interest in working with them, help you locate the appropriate paperwork, and walk you through the process to make sure that it goes as smoothly as possible.

Contracting
Should you decide to negotiate a different rate with an existing insurance carrier, we’ll help you with the process and try to secure the best possible agreement.

Consulting
We can assist you in taking a closer look at the complete revenue cycle of your business to help locate and resolve problems that could be costing you time and money.

Coding and Auditing
We utilize only certified CPT coders to review and audit your completed charts to ensure that you are compliant with all major carrier rules.
